Personal data that we process
SusAudit processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process if provided to us:

- Billing data such as bank account number and account name
- Data about your browsing behaviour on our websites

SusAudit does not process any special and/or sensitive personal data from you.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
SusAudit processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- For accounting and billing
- Sending our newsletters you have sign up for and marketing purposes.
- To be able to contact you by phone or Outlook/Teams/Zoom and to be able to conduct our services.
- SusAudit analyses click behaviour on the website to improve the website and to tailor the offer of services to your preferences.
Automated decision making
SusAudit does not make automated processing decisions about matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions that made by computer programs or systems, without a human (for example, an SusAudit employee) being involved.
How long we keep personal data
SusAudit does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
Sharing personal data with third parties
SusAudit does not sell your data to third parties and only provides your data to third parties if this is required for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we have concluded data processing agreements to ensure the application of the same level of security and confidentiality. SusAudit remains responsible for these data processing operations.

To ensure that only you can make this request, we ask you to send a copy of your passport with the request. Please black out your picture, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.

SusAudit takes the protection of your data seriously and will take best endeavour measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised modification.
